Nguom Ngao Cave
Nguom Ngao Cave, discovered in 1921, is a large limestone cave formed over 300 million years. Its name, meaning "tiger cave" in the Tay ethnic language, spans 2,144 meters and has three main entrances: Nguom Lom (cool year-round, hidden under rocks), Nguom Ngao (a few hundred steps from the foot of the mountain), and Ban Thuon (behind the mountain, near Thuon village).

Thang Hen Lake
Thang Hen Lake, located in Quoc Toan Commune, Tra Linh District, about 30 km from Cao Bang City, is the largest lake in a complex of 36 natural lakes connected by underground caves. The lake is 500 meters wide and over 1,000 meters long, with blue water year-round. Surrounded by steep cliffs, the area is home to rare trees, such as ancient nghien trees, wild orchids, and diverse flora. In 2001, Thang Hen Lake was recognized as a Historical-Cultural Relic by the Ministry of Culture and Information.

Pac Bo Relic Site, located in Pac Bo village, Ha Quang district, Cao Bang, is a national revolutionary historical site linked to President Ho Chi Minh and the Vietnamese revolution (1941-1945). Key landmarks include Coc Bo Cave, milestone 108, Karl Marx Mountain, Lenin Stream, Khuoi Nam Hut, the President's Memorial House, and the Kim Dong Relic Site, honoring the first Captain of the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneers Team.
Tran Hung Dao National Special Relic Site
Tran Hung Dao Forest National Special Relic Site, located in Tam Kim and Hoa Tham communes, Nguyen Binh district, about 50 km from Cao Bang city, is a historical landmark linked to significant events in Vietnam’s revolutionary history. It is associated with the revolutionary careers of President Ho Chi Minh and General Vo Nguyen Giap, including the establishment of the Vietnam Propaganda Liberation Army, the predecessor of the Vietnam People's Army.

Dong Khe Historical Relics, located 45 km south of Cao Bang city on National Highway 4A in Dong Khe town, Thach An district, is associated with the Dong Khe Victory, a key battle in the 1950 Border Campaign against French colonialists. The site includes several key landmarks: a cemetery and memorial stele, Dong Khe Fort Relics, and other remnants of the enemy's defense system. The Dong Khe Fort Relics have been recognized as a National Historical Relic since 1975.
