DAY 1: PICK-UP – CAO BANG – BA BE LAKE

  • 06:00 AM: The tour guide from Thu Đuc Travel meets guests at Tan Son Nhat Airport for check-in and flight to Hanoi. Transfer by bus to Bac Kan from Hanoi Opera House, with a breakfast stop along the way and fun games organized by the tour guide.

  • 12:00 PM: Lunch at a restaurant in Ra supermarket, followed by the journey to Ba Be Lake.

  • 02:00 PM: Arrive at Ba Be boat station and take a boat ride to explore Ba Be Lake, Ao Tiên (Fairy Pond), An Mạ Temple, and Ba Go Island. Learn about the Tay ethnic group and enjoy beautiful photo opportunities.

    • Ao Tiên: A small pond surrounded by mountains, believed to be where the gods played chess.

    • An Mạ Temple: A historical temple honoring the Mac dynasty generals who died here.

    • Ba Go Island: A small island in the center of the lake, tied to folklore about the lake's creation.

  • 05:00 PM: Arrive at Pac Ngoi village for check-in at a homestay.

  • 06:00 PM: Dinner featuring traditional Tay cuisine.

  • 07:30 PM: Option to attend a Tay folk music performance (extra charge).

  • 09:00 PM: Overnight stay at Pac Ngoi, Ba Be.

DAY 2: CAO BANG – BAN GIOC – NGUOM NGAO CAVE

  • 06:00 AM: After breakfast, take a bus to Trung Khanh for a visit to Ban Gioc Waterfall.

  • 12:00 PM: Lunch at Tung Duong Restaurant, featuring local specialties such as crispy ribs, stewed pig’s trotters with chestnuts, and more.

  • 02:00 PM: Visit Truc Lam Phat Tich Pagoda, located 500 meters from Ban Gioc Waterfall.

  • 03:00 PM: Explore Nguom Ngao Cave, one of the longest and most beautiful caves in Vietnam, with a rich collection of Tay legends.

  • 05:00 PM: Return to Cao Bang, check in at La Maison Boutique Hotel, and visit Phuc Sen forge village of the Nung ethnic group.

  • 07:30 PM: Dinner at Khuoi Han Restaurant in Cao Bang City, enjoy chestnuts and rice dumplings, and experience the city’s nightlife.

  • 09:00 PM: Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 3: LE NIN STREAM – HANOI – DEPARTURE

  • 07:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel, check out, then visit Le Nin Stream, Pac Bo Cave, and the historic Ba Be site. Pay respects at the memorial of President Ho Chi Minh.

  • 12:00 PM: Lunch at a local restaurant, followed by shopping for souvenirs at Lung Phinh supermarket, Phu Linh supermarket, or Keo supermarket, and visiting Phuc Sen traditional craft village.

  • 02:30 PM: Depart for Hanoi.

  • 04:30 PM: Fly back to Ho Chi Minh City. The tour guide bids farewell.

PRICE INCLUDES:

  1. Transportation: Modern tourist buses for all transfers and sightseeing.

  2. Accommodation: 3-4 star hotels, twin/triple rooms with air conditioning, TV, fridge, phone, hot water, and private bathrooms.

CHILD POLICY:

  1. Children aged 10 and above are charged as adults.

  2. Children from 5 to under 10 years: 50% of adult fare (includes seat, meal, and sharing room).

  3. Children under 5 years: Free (family is responsible for food and accommodation). One child per two adults. Additional children pay 50% of adult fare.

NOTES:

  1. Please bring valid identification.

  2. Hotel check-in is at 14:00 (early check-in possible), check-out before 12:00.

  3. Gather at the meeting point 30 minutes before departure.

  4. Additional charges apply for English or Mandarin-speaking guides (250,000 VND/day/group).

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • After deposit: 30% cancellation fee.

  • 7-10 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee.

  • 4-6 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee.

  • 3 days or less before departure: 100% cancellation fee.

  • For holidays and special occasions, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

CHANGE OF DATE POLICY:

  • Change before 10 days: No fee for tour (excluding holidays and weekends). Airline fees apply.

  • 6-9 days before: 20% fee for the tour, airline fees apply.

  • 4-5 days before: 40% fee for the tour, airline fees apply.

  • After this time: 100% fee for the tour, airline fees apply.

MISCELLANEOUS FEES:

  • 500,000 VND per person for foreign passport holders.

  • Single room supplement: 300,000 VND for 2-star options, 400,000 VND for 3-star options (for solo travelers or requests for private rooms).

  • Any increase in entrance fees after booking will be charged to customers.
